INSEAD Dragon's Den

I was privilegedto be invited by Steve Haslett, Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, to judge the MBA semi-finalists presentations back in November 2006.
The quality of the 12 teams 20 minute presentations was extremely professional and covered a range of projects from a new Saki Cocktail in a box (great packaging), a wine tasting experience, real estate and an innovative Avatar shopping environment.
It made a refreshing change for me to be on the other side of the table and I certainly learned as much as I contributed to the day.
The eventual Winners of the 13th Business Venture Competition was Wigadoo  providing a community event organiser. It is a simple, useful, easy to understand service with great viral marketing potential which I hope will see the light of day soon.
